I revisited because I liked the family room and the hot spring facilities. However, after this experience I no longer intend to return. During my stay, the room was opened without permission twice. We had not requested anything, and a person who looked like a staff member actually tried to open the room door and enter but then left. Because of this, I felt unsafe even when leaving the room or using the hot spring, so a normal stay was difficult. I understand many guests are older, so this level of security management is concerning. The facilities were nice, but I was very disappointed that basic safety management was not in place.
Bathroom: poor cleaning under the table, and there were shoe prints at the entrance.
Although it shows its age, it seems well maintained and is very clean. However, there is no phone charger in the room, so you should bring one. The hot spring water is also good.
The interior was newly renovated so it was clean and nice, but because the internal system did not seem to be in order, a staff member suddenly opened the door and came in, which was very uncomfortable. They said they thought it was an empty room... ch
The sauna water is very clean.
The building is old, but the underground hot spring baths are free with no limit on the number of visits!! Also, the ondol room is nice and warm so my parents liked it b The baths are available from 6:00 to 8:00~ The room size was suitable for three people.

Because I had a consecutive-night stay, I asked for cleaning before going out in the morning and returned late in the evening, but there was no cleaning or trash removal at all. I went down to the front desk to report it, and they called the cleaning lady and told her to take out the trash without offering a single apology. However, when I returned to the room, the cleaning lady said she had not been told, so she had not cleaned. Overall, an apology would have made it understandable, but neither the front desk nor the cleaner apologized.
I slept very well, the water was great, and I had a good rest.

The hot spring was free, the room was warm, and I had a very relaxing stay.
