Great value for money; a place I would pay extra to stay at.
The circuit breaker tripped so the lights would not turn on and the wall outlets lost power... When I called, they said they fixed it remotely and then brazenly claimed they had done everything, which was upsetting. If staff are going to respond this rudely, I don’t think it should operate as an unmanned property.
It's just so-so....
I've been using this place for years — did the owner change? The older man was kind, but some strange young man was the worst. It seems he has no experience in service work: very arrogant tone and rude responses. The room lights wouldn't turn on so I tried to move rooms and he said, "Go to another room, get out, oh that room isn't it either, go to a different room." He kept ordering me around without a single apology, replying in an insolent way. Then he even hung up the phone. After I moved, the lights went out again and I got so upset I left after an hour. I could have asked for a refund or stayed, but communication was impossible and he didn't even seem to know what the problem was, so I left instead of wasting time. This used to be a place I cared about, so I'm glad I held my temper. If the owner hasn't changed, they need to be aware of how serious this staff issue is. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ugh... The sink was loose and hanging, completely a mess. Seeing recent reviews suddenly getting worse, it looks like the owner changed. There is no basic courtesy at all, so it doesn't seem likely to improve. Go if you want to ruin your mood.
It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the view was nice. Highly recommend!
Many things in the facility are broken.
The facilities are poor and the service is unfriendly.
The bathtub had a lot of grime and soapy water was left on the floor — it was almost unbearable.
I had a comfortable stay.
I stayed in the deluxe room. The interior was fine, but ventilation was so poor that the smell of cigarettes did not dissipate. They should pay more attention to cleaning.
Our hotel operates on a contactless basis.
For safety reasons, bringing flammable items (such as portable gas burners) into hotel rooms is strictly prohibited (if discovered, guests will be forcibly evicted without a refund).
Guests with reservations should arrive at the hotel entrance at their scheduled check-in time and contact the front desk to be assigned a room.

If you wish to check in early or check out late,
an additional fee of 15,000 won per hour for suites and 10,000 won per hour for deluxe rooms will apply.
Use of the open-air hot tub on the suite terrace incurs an additional fee of 15,000 won for day use and 30,000 won for overnight stays.
Balloon decorations and graffiti inside the rooms are prohibited.
Our hotel is based on double occupancy; an additional fee of 20,000 won applies for each additional guest (maximum of one).
Three people who are not family members may not share a room.
Please contact us in advance when making a reservation if you expect additional guests.
Minors may stay only when accompanied by a guardian. If asked to present identification, failure to show their own ID will result in immediate eviction.
Pets are strictly prohibited. If found in the room, you will be evicted without a refund.
Guests who have booked a pool villa must contact the hotel after making their reservation.
When using the pool villa, separate fees apply for use of the pool and grill.

Check-in time for the pool villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 AM the following day.
The standard occupancy for a pool villa is 3 guests, with a maximum of 5 guests allowed.
An additional fee of 20,000 won applies per extra guest.

an additional fee of 50,000 won applies. Payment can be made at the hotel, but same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
You may decide whether to use the barbecue (electric grill) upon arrival; an additional fee of 20,000 won applies.

The terraces of our hotel suites are equipped with bathtubs where guests can enjoy an open-air bath. There is an additional charge for this amenity, separate from the room rate.
Guests staying overnight are charged 30,000 won, while guests using the room by the hour are charged 15,000 won separately.
