Notice Regarding Suspension of Air Conditioning Service During the Winter Season

Heating and cooling are provided via a central control system,

and air conditioning service will be suspended during the summer season (November 25 to March).

Air conditioning operation may vary depending on circumstances.

There are 2 types of Superior rooms and 3 types of Deluxe rooms.

The room images represent each room type.

Even for the same room type, you may be assigned a room different from the one shown in the photo; cancellations or refunds are not permitted for this reason.

Rooms are assigned randomly at check-in; specific room requests are not accepted.(Room type cannot be selected)

If additional guests are found staying beyond the initial two guests, you will be required to check out immediately.

All rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of two guests; an additional charge of 20,000 won applies for each additional guest, and bedding is not provided.

Staying with three or more guests of the opposite sex is prohibited (no mixed-gender stays for minors). If guests of the same sex are found sharing a room, they will be immediately asked to vacate the premises; cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.

If you lose your key card, a 30,000 won replacement fee will be charged.

Superior/Deluxe rooms are 15,000 won per hour; Suite/Royal Suite rooms are 20,000 won per hour.

Extended stays are not available on weekends; only room rental extensions are permitted.

Since we do not operate our own parking lot, all vehicles are handled via valet service.

Free parking is available for one vehicle per reserved room, limited to vehicles that can be parked in the automated parking garage

(An additional fee applies for each additional vehicle; however, due to limited parking space, additional parking is not always available.)

Midsize cars and larger, modified vehicles, sports cars, large SUVs, minivans, electric vehicles, and trucks are not permitted to park.

If your vehicle cannot be accommodated in the automated parking garage, please contact the hotel.

Advance parking is not permitted; parking is only available after check-in time.

(If parking is absolutely necessary, you must contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability.)

● Cancellations or refunds due to failure to review the above parking information or requests for parking that is not permitted are strictly prohibited.

● If there are no parking spaces in front of the hotel, please do not get out of your vehicle; contact the hotel instead. Illegal parking elsewhere may result in a parking ticket.

Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any parking tickets issued for illegal parking.

Weekdays: Check-in after 10:00 PM / Check-out before 1:00 PM

Weekends: Check-in after 10:00 PM / Check-out before 12:00 PM

All rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of 2 guests; an additional charge of 20,000 won applies for each additional guest, and bedding is not provided.

If you check out more than 15 minutes past the designated checkout time, an additional fee will be automatically charged.

If you leave without checking out, it will be considered an extension, and an additional fee will be charged.

For guests with a 11:00 PM checkout time, time extensions are not permitted; only overnight stays can be extended.

If you need an extension, please contact the front desk (no “ready call” service).

Please contact us in advance if you plan to check in after 5:00 AM.

Reservations without prior notice after 5:00 AM will be treated as a NO-SHOW.

No refunds or check-ins will be permitted for NO-SHOWs.

We do not provide a contact service.

Check-out times may vary by package; please be sure to check the check-in and check-out times listed in your room details.

Deluxe-Early Check-in

Deluxe/Superior - Multi-Night Packages

are available for extended stays.

Extended stays are not available for other room types.

Cancellation not permitted due to unverified ID

Same-day cancellation, no-show, check-in time passed, or after actual check-in: No refund

Please note that check-in may not be permitted if the name on your ID does not match the name on the reservation.

◆Smoking in the guest room will trigger the fire alarm.

Smoking will result in a 300,000 won damage fee and immediate eviction.

Please smoke outside the hotel.

◆Bath Tub Usage Guidelines

Standard bath salts may be used.

The use of other bath products (such as bubble bath or jelly) is prohibited.

A room cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for using products other than standard bath salts.

Refunds or cancellations due to usage issues are not permitted, and our hotel assumes no responsibility.

Please be advised that our hotel assumes no responsibility for lost items.

We would appreciate it if you could double-check your room and ensure you have all your belongings before checking out.

Any items left behind will be held for one week and then disposed of. Food items will be disposed of immediately.

Damage to or theft of hotel property may result in criminal prosecution.

The use of party supplies such as fireworks, helium balloons, and party garlands is prohibited.

If you are caught using these items, you will be charged a separate fee for damage to the room.

◆No Damage to Bedding◆

If bedding or sheets are damaged by food, bloodstains, cosmetics, or permanent stains, a laundry fee of 100,000 won will be charged.
