All rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of 2 people per room.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy in any room is not allowed. Additional charges will apply for exceeding the standard occupancy (additional fee of +20,000 KRW per person).

Identification will be checked at check-in; check-in is not possible without it.

Minors may be subject to entry restrictions.

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for check-in rejections due to co-sleeping reservations by minors.

No check-in/cancellation/refund is possible if accompanying pets.

After parking in the building's parking lot, please be sure to enter your vehicle number at the front desk (kiosk).

Free parking is available for Day Use and overnight guests within their usage hours.

An additional parking fee will be charged for parking before check-in time.

Parking is free within check-in hours; outside of these hours, an additional fee of 3,000 KRW per hour will apply.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room; additional charges will apply for extra vehicles.

Parking is not available for guests purchasing rooms for walk-in use, and additional charges will apply (please inquire).

#Guide to Using Bedding and Room Items

Please use the provided bedding (comforters, pillows, sheets, etc.) and other items in the room cleanly.

If nail polish, hair dye, bloodstains, or other contaminants get on the bedding or cause stains,

special cleaning fees from the laundry service will be incurred and may be charged to the customer.

#Information on Damage to Facilities and Fixtures

If any fixtures or facilities in the room are damaged or defaced, repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.

#Other Information

Cooking (using gas/electric heaters) and other dangerous activities are prohibited in the rooms for safety reasons (immediate departure without refund will occur).

Please always carry your valuables with you; the hotel is not responsible for lost items.
