I had a good stay. The location is excellent, and it was clean and nice.

I went with a friend and it was wonderful I will go again with my family.

I stayed comfortably with friends in a spacious room. The room was tidy and close to Haeundae beach, so the location is good.
1. We stayed multiple nights so we did not need cleaning, but requested extra towels and asked them to refill the body wash since there was none. An older man at the front desk said, "Yes, understood." The next morning when I went to shower, the body wash had not been refilled. I called the front desk and they said they had just arrived and did not know where it was, and that they would check and call me back. About 20 minutes later, instead of refilling the dispenser they gave me a single-use paper cup of body wash. The older man at the front desk... and the other man who was at the front desk. Are they unable to remember such a simple request as refilling the body wash??? 2. The bathroom floor did not drain, so we had towels laid on the floor. (See photo) 3. There is only one elevator, so the wait time is long. 4. The bathroom light is too dim, and there are no indirect lights in the room, so you either have to turn everything on or off. At least I had chosen an ocean view, so I endured it while looking at the view. If it had been another room, I probably would have left. It looks like operations should be suspended and urgent renovation is needed.
I came here with my family and had a great rest. The facilities are nice and the staff are friendly. Blue Line Park is nearby and there is also the LCT Observatory. I recommend it.
The room was clean, there was a Styler, and the facilities are good. I want to visit again when I come to Haeundae^^

We politely decline unreasonable check-in requests. We also need time to thoroughly clean and inspect the rooms.

Outside food is not permitted.

If asked to vacate due to bringing a pet, booking cancellation and refund are not possible.
All rooms are non-smoking. If caught smoking in the room, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund, and a fine of 100,000 KRW + compensation for damages to other rooms will be charged.
If loud noise from your room causes inconvenience to other guests late at night, you may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
