2. Failure to bring ID will result in restricted use and no refunds.
3. Minors may check in if accompanied by a parent, and if co-ed lodging is found, guests may be asked to vacate immediately with no refunds.
4. Co-ed lodging in guest rooms is prohibited, and no refunds will be given for this.
5. The hotel may claim damages for damage or theft of hotel property.
6. Based on 2 people per room. Additional fees will apply for extra guests, and co-ed lodging is not permitted. (Maximum 3 people)

The location is not bad. The main ceiling light could not be used separately, so I had to turn all the lights on and off at once. The bathroom showerhead was not fixed and moved around, and the hair dryer cord was exposed, making it dangerous to use. Also, even though there was plenty of parking available for guests, when I needed to park for an extra 1-2 hours before or after check-in/out they called and asked me to move my car; it would be better if they responded more flexibly.
