1. All rooms are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside the rooms for a healthy and clean environment.
2. Room assignments are random within the same reserved room type, and the interior, including wallpaper color and furniture, may vary slightly depending on the room. Bathtub sizes may also vary by room (2-person or 1-person bathtub).
3. For safety, events involving balloons, firecrackers, or candles are prohibited. Please keep this in mind.
4. Minors unaccompanied by a guardian may be restricted from entry. Please understand that IDs will be checked upon check-in.
5. For guests wishing to bring companion animals, please inquire at the front desk.
6. Towels and bottled water provided in the rooms are set for 2 people as standard. For additional towels and bottled water, please inquire at the front desk.
7. For Ondol and Family rooms, if you need a mat and blanket set, please request it in advance by phone before check-in. (Not provided as standard.)
8. The front desk operates from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
1. Standard occupancy: 2 people (General rooms: max 2 people, Twin and Ondol rooms: max 3 people, Family rooms: max 3 people / up to 5 people for multi-child families). Additional guest fee for exceeding 2 people: ₩10,000/person (Preschoolers: ₩5,000, children under 3: free). Additional hour fee: ₩10,000/hour.
2. Accommodation hours: Check-in 7:00 PM - Check-out 11:00 AM.
3. Full-day Day Use and Early Check-in are assigned to general rooms.
4. Day Use hours: 3 hours (Weekdays close at 9:00 PM, Weekends and day before holidays close at 6:00 PM).
5. Additional Day Use fees apply for multi-night bookings.
6. Front desk hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
Upon Check-in
1. Please refrain from smoking in the room.
2. The bathroom floor may be slippery, so please be careful not to fall.
3. Please use the whirlpool for no longer than 10 minutes. Prolonged use may cause malfunction, and repair costs may be charged.
4. Please dispose of toilet paper and trash in the trash can.
Upon Check-out
1. Please check if you have left any belongings in the room. We are not responsible for lost items.
2. Please close the windows and room door when checking out.
3. Please turn off all faucets when checking out. Please drain the bathtub.
4. Please separate recyclable waste (plastic, cans, bottles, etc.) and place it by the room entrance.
1. Please use the main entrance of Healing Hot Spring Hotel. (Parking fees may apply when using Wolmun Hot Spring parking lot. If you enter the Wolmun Hot Spring parking lot, please contact the front desk immediately.)
2. A large parking lot is available inside the hotel. Guests staying overnight are requested to use the internal parking lot.
3. Large vehicles or vehicles exceeding 2.7m in height are not permitted.

It's a bit old, but I had a comfortable rest.
The room is clean and the staff are friendly.
I go once every quarter; it's always clean and the friendliness is the reason I return.
This is a place I regularly take my mother to. The water is great, the staff are friendly, and the relaxed atmosphere is very nice.
My partner and I used to come often and were always satisfied and rested well. However, room 208 this time was disappointing. The hairdryer seemed broken and made noise. It was the first time I saw mold in the bathroom. The robe had no belt, which was inconvenient. We come here often and appreciate that there is no smoking — that is what I like most. The owner also pays a lot of attention to hygiene, so I feel reassured.
I'm a regular now. The water really feels like hot spring water — it is silky and slippery!
I came once before but the rooms were full, so now I make reservations in advance! Of all the motels I've tried around here, this is the first time I've seen a shower hose this clean. There is absolutely no smell of smoke!
I loved how clean it was. I usually write reviews only when something is bad, but this place is so, so good that I'm writing a praise review!
The owner is friendly and I'm always very satisfied.
