It was close to the beach so I got a good view of the sunrise.
On the night of the 31st I unexpectedly saw fireworks straight on, so I enjoyed them from a warm room.
The room condition is a bit aged, but not terribly so; it felt well-maintained and a bit vintage.
If things were poorly maintained the bedding could feel itchy when you lie down, but there was none of that and it was clean.
The convenience store is very close and the parking is outdoor but fairly spacious, so no stress.
A downside is that there was an intermittent noise from what seemed like a pump or boiler running in the walls, so light sleepers might have trouble sleeping. For me, using noise-canceling earphones made it okay, but it is still a drawback.
Other than that, the soundproofing and insulation were good and I was satisfied.
