· Important Notes
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the building except for designated smoking areas.
(If caught, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and a fine of 300,000 KRW will be charged for damages.)
- Minors (under 19 years old) can only check in if accompanied by a parent.
- Excessive drinking/singing/noise may disturb other guests' rest, so please be mindful.
- Guests are responsible for the loss or damage of any facility used.
- Fire hazards (gunpowder, fireworks, etc.) and tape are not allowed in the rooms.
(Guests are responsible for any fire damage.)
- Guests are responsible for the loss of their valuables.
- No pets allowed.
(If caught, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and charges for damages such as laundry fees will apply.)

The parking lot is very small compared to the size of the accommodation.
If the parking lot is full, guests must park in nearby available areas on their own.
Information on available parking areas will be provided via message or at the front desk.
Valet parking service is not operated.
From bus stop #6 between gates 4-5 at arrivals, take a bus towards Yeon-dong/Nohyeong and get off at the 2nd stop (Shin Jeju Rotary)
1) For same-day reservations, cancellations are possible via the app or website within 1 hour of reservation completion.
2) Even within 1 hour, cancellations are not possible if the check-in time has passed.
3) For reservations made after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, cancellations are possible through customer service within 15 minutes.
4) Minors cannot stay without the accompaniment of a legal guardian. In cases where check-in is refused for this reason, cancellation and refund are not possible.
5) For cancellations due to natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snow, documents such as flight cancellation certificates may be requested, and cancellation may not be possible depending on the severity of the disaster.
6) Early check-out due to personal circumstances, unilateral cancellations, or partial cancellations are non-refundable.

It is very old and worn, the door looks like it was hit with an axe, and the bedding should have been new but had stains. A complete failure. No matter how cheap it is, I will never use it again. The staff are kind.

It's exactly the level of a cheap motel~ But!! That made it better. I'm only going to sleep anyway, so what's the point of being spacious~ The accommodation fulfilled its purpose. I would be willing to use it again. There was parking, and there were plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, which was nice.
It was close to the airport, and the unmanned check-in was convenient!
I had a really comfortable, deep rest. Good good.

The room was very spacious and clean for the price. However, the bathroom wasn't remodeled and the showerhead angle was high, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall it's fine for a one-night stay. The value for money is excellent!

I happened to meet a staff member and they kindly explained things, which was nice!! During a 4-night, 5-day trip to Jeju, I stayed here for two nights.
