There was more than an hour left until checkout, but someone opened the door and came in saying the checkout time was almost up. I have never seen this before. I was so shocked I did not even have a chance to get angry. It was terrible.

We have remodeled the guest rooms and created a cafeteria on the 5th floor and a lounge area on the 6th floor.
