Smoking is permitted in all rooms
Due to our Green Campaign, disposable items must be purchased separately at the front desk for 1,000 won.
Early check-in or late check-out outside of regular hours will incur additional fees.
Chargers, headphones, and other items are available for free rental at the front desk on the 1st floor; you must leave a valid ID or credit card as a deposit.
Please note that if, upon ID verification prior to check-in (resident registration card, driver’s license, or passport), you are found to be a minor or fail to present a valid ID, check-in will be denied and refunds will absolutely not be issued.
(Photographs, temporary IDs, student IDs, and employee IDs are not accepted.)
All rooms; maximum of one vehicle per room
Parking is permitted only during the period of your room rental or stay.
(Parking is not permitted before check-in. Parking fees apply outside of operating hours, and additional fees apply even if you park early, so please arrive at the time of your check-in.)
If your vehicle cannot be parked in the lift-accessible area, please call us before making a reservation (02-839-1222).
Please note that rental items may sell out early.
(Headsets are available for rent only in the Couples PC Rooms.)
Rentals can be made using an ID card or credit card, and there is no rental fee.
All rooms are subject to availability, and different room types may be assigned depending on hotel circumstances.
If you will arrive later than your reserved time, please contact us in advance.
Additional guests are permitted only in twin rooms; please contact us in advance. Only the
maximum number of guests allowed by room policy may stay in the room, and if additional guests are found without prior notice, you may be forced to check out
. Please understand that an additional fee of 10,000 won per person applies (prices may vary on specific dates).
Additional bedding is not provided.
Winter Season – October–March: Heaters are in operation (air conditioning cannot be used).
Summer Season – Mid-May to August: Air conditioning is available (heated mats cannot be used)
The operating dates for the heater and air conditioning are subject to change depending on conditions.

Same-day cancellation: No refund
Cancellation 1 day prior: Refund after 90% deduction
3 days prior: Refund after a 60% deduction
5 days prior: Refund after a 40% deduction
7 days prior: Refund after a 20% deduction
No refunds are available for cancellations if you have prepaid for a multi-night stay; this also applies to special-rate rooms
