Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required.
Minors must confirm with the affiliate directly regarding their eligibility to stay before making a reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not possible for entry rejections caused by reservations for minors staying together.
If cancellation occurs due to affiliate circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
