I went to Seonjaedo by bike with three friends and stayed here. The place is located on a small hill in the woods, so it was quiet and cool. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was good. Within a 10-minute walk there are grilled clam restaurants, a pojangmacha that sells sashimi, other restaurants, and a convenience store, so the facilities are close by. The host was kind and the value for money was very satisfying.
The air conditioner wasn't cool, it smelled, and the floor was very dirty.. They charged extra parking for two cars, so I probably won't go back..
Had a great time on a budget.
The staff are friendly. It's an old motel and looks a bit different from the photos... haha. I like that the check-in and check-out times are generous. It's quiet and there are places to eat within a short walk.
Good value for money, cheap, and the view is pretty nice.
The photos showed a massage chair so I purposely booked a VIP room, but when I got there there was no massage chair and they didn't even have disposable toothbrushes. I wondered if they'd give them if I asked, but I didn't ask, and when I arrived the room rate was different so I had to pay extra on site. I specifically chose a cheap place but after paying the extra it didn't feel that cheap. Overall it was just so-so.
They asked how I made the reservation and said Yanolja is blocked. I booked and paid for a room with two beds on Yanolja, but they said that room wasn't available and demanded 20,000 won more to give a different, supposedly better room. We agreed and checked in for 10,000 won, but it was a one-bed room... The room was unnecessarily large in floor area. Two guys came for fishing and took short naps from 10 PM to 3 AM, and they expected us to sleep in one bed... When we complained, unbelievably they gave us the two-bed room that we were first promised. We didn't want to ruin our trip mood so we just slept. In the end we paid 10,000 won more and got stressed...
This was the worst motel. The TV didn't work, the sink had standing water, and there was a smoke smell in the bathroom. When I asked them to fix it, the person at the counter said they didn't know and passed it off. I don't think I'll come back.
Pretty nice. It has a forest view. It's fine.
The cleanliness and service were good.
