All rooms are based on a 2-person rate (additional guests incur extra charges, inquire at the front desk).

For online cancellations and refunds, please contact the relevant customer service center.

For offline cancellations and refunds, 100% 3 days before, 70% 2 days before, 50% 1 day before, and no cancellations or refunds on the day of check-in.

Hotel regulations prohibit arbitrary alteration of interior structures, external removal of non-disposable items, loss, damage, breakage of room fixtures, possession and installation of fire-related items, and acts that disturb the sleep of other guests. Failure to comply may result in penalties.

Mixed-gender stays by minors are prohibited under all circumstances, and for families, stays are prohibited without a family relationship certificate, resident registration, and parental consent.

Adult mixed-gender stays are not permitted to prevent the risk of accidents, and in unavoidable cases, it is only possible upon purchasing additional rooms to accommodate the extra occupants.

The hotel has the legal right to request ID to prevent mixed-gender stays by minors, and in case of refusal, cancellation and refund of the reservation are not possible.
