It's clean! It's unmanned, so it's convenient.
Cozy and good value; there is a slight drain smell.
The facilities are excellent.
Everything else is good, but I wouldn't take the first floor; there were some gnats.

I booked this place urgently after missing the last train. I checked in using the unattended check-in late at night without any hassle. Since all rooms are non-smoking, it was clean and had no noticeable odors, and there were no hygiene issues at all. However, the soundproofing between rooms is almost nonexistent, so I could even hear conversations from the next room deciding on late-night food, haha;;;. Fortunately I slept well and rested. I will probably use it again.
For the price, the location and facilities were not bad, but the soundproofing is insufficient... I could hear everything being said in the next room...
I really loved this place!! The bedroom was very clean, spacious and cozy enough for three people, and the TV had Netflix and YouTube, which was great!!! The bathroom had very strong water pressure, so I had to turn it to low but it was good for showering! I haven't been this satisfied with a place in a long time! If you are looking for accommodation in Yeongdeungpo, definitely book here!
