All rooms are based on 2 people.

For each additional person, a surcharge of 10,000 KRW per day applies.

Payment on-site on the day (20,000 KRW extra per person on weekends and holidays for additional guests).

An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour applies for exceeding the check-out time.

If you need a bathrobe, please pick it up at the front desk.

Room temperature can be adjusted at the front desk, so feel free to inquire anytime.

Valet parking service

Parking is limited to one car per room.

Due to double parking, car keys must be left at the front desk for check-in.

Walk-In Special rooms do not include parking. If you bring a car with a Walk-In Special reservation, and a space is available, you will be charged 10,000 KRW on weekdays and 20,000 KRW on weekends (Fri-Sat).

On weekends and public holidays, all rooms with parking may be sold out. If you plan to bring a car, please make sure to book a room type that includes parking.

Minors are not allowed to check in, and same-day refunds are not possible due to this policy.

If the reservation holder and the guest checking in are different, entry may be restricted or refused.

Only resident registration cards, driver's licenses, and passports with a resident registration number are accepted as identification. [Photos of ID cards/new passports (without resident number)/mobile ID cards, etc., are not accepted for check-in].

If unauthorized extra guests are found, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be provided.

Excessive drinking, loud behavior, damage to multi-use facilities, verbal abuse, or swearing at staff will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Standard and Deluxe rooms differ in size.

Specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed (possible with advance reservation).

Early check-in (10,000 KRW per hour before check-in time)

Or late check-out (10,000 KRW per hour after check-out time) incurs an additional charge.

All rooms are non-smoking. If you need to smoke, please use the 1st floor parking lot.
