At Hotel Look, as part of our efforts to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we are conducting disinfection of all guest rooms and the entire building at least three times a week using MD-125, a product currently used by the government that has been proven effective against the coronavirus. When using the game room, you must have a personal account to play paid games such as PUBG and Overwatch.

The games you wish to play may not be pre-installed, so please request installation in advance.

Check-in is not permitted without a valid ID, and reservations cannot be canceled due to failure to present an ID.

Guests staying in suites, families, or groups of 3 or more must contact the accommodation in advance!

If 3 or more people stay without prior notice, you will be asked to check out.

Shared accommodations for 3 or more people are not permitted, and additional bedding may sell out early.

Room rates are based on a standard occupancy of two guests; additional guests will be charged separately, and a fee of 10,000 won per person must be paid at the front desk.

Minors may check in only if accompanied by a parent; minors cannot use a room alone based solely on verbal consent over the phone.

If a minor checks in while concealing their age, no refund will be issued, and legal action may be taken regarding all such violations.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for checkout, an additional fee of 5,000 won may be charged.

Issues arising from game performance problems are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

We are running a mileage accumulation event where you can redeem your miles for luxury goods.

You can redeem your miles for items in the lobby showcase (such as luxury wallets and necklaces).

Mileage is accrued at a rate of 10% for cash payments, 7% for card payments, and 5% for app reservations; please inquire at the front desk.
