Room numbers and designs are randomly assigned based on hotel operating conditions. The room used may differ from the representative photos, and we do not offer a room-specific reservation service. Room changes due to this are not possible.

Rates may change during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

Infants and toddlers under 48 months are not included in the headcount and cannot exceed the maximum occupancy (3 people).

Additional charges apply when exceeding the standard occupancy (3 people for twin rooms, 2 people for other rooms).

Baby supplies are not provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Free underground parking is available within the hotel, but parking availability is not guaranteed. (Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis)

If the hotel's underground parking lot is full, no separate parking guidance will be provided.

Parking may be congested on weekends and holidays, so public transportation is recommended.

When using a vehicle after booking a pedestrian-only room, a parking fee of 5,000 KRW per night will be charged.

Minors unaccompanied by a guardian (parent) are strictly not allowed to check in, and cancellations due to this reason are non-refundable.

ID verification will be conducted for all guests at check-in, and admission will be restricted and non-refundable if identification is not presented.

All areas within the building, including guest rooms, are non-smoking. Guests found smoking will be immediately evicted with no refund. (Smoke detectors are active in all hotel areas)

If special measures such as cleaning beyond routine levels are required due to discoloration, contamination, or foul odors after room use, liability for compensation for such costs will arise.

Charges will be applied for contamination of hallway carpets or room bedding due to food, and for damage to room amenities or fixtures.

Bath products are not allowed, and charges will be applied for bathtub damage caused by bath products.

Cancellation and refund fees may apply.

To cancel a reservation, you must cancel directly on the site where you made the booking,

and cancellations cannot be made at the hotel front desk.

In accordance with the government's Resource Recycling Act, the free provision of disposable items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, foam cleansers, cotton swabs, etc.) in guest rooms will be discontinued.

Guests who need disposable items can purchase them at the front desk.

Your warm understanding and consideration greatly contribute to environmental protection.

No separate contact will be made upon finding lost items,

and items will be automatically disposed of after the storage period expires.
