The photos and the actual room condition were somewhat different. When I booked I was told it was a non-smoking room, but there was a smell of smoke. They did change rooms because of a TV malfunction, but I ended up booking another place and sleeping there. The elevator also seems to need some maintenance.. The parking lot is spacious.
Honestly I wasted my money. Mosquitoes and other bugs kept me and my girlfriend from getting any sleep, and we ended up leaving in the early morning.
Staff response: At first I felt they were polite. Because every time I visit Signal-dong I only look for Egg. I don't know if you hired new staff or the owner changed, I said I was cold and they asked, “If you are cold, shall we bring a heater?” They said the lights turn on at 9, and then asked why I was cold when other guests ask for air conditioning. They said if I was cold they could still rent the room for 200,000 won now, so they would cancel it. The point is I did not request a cancellation, so why are you saying you will cancel it? It sounded like, “We can get guests at a higher price than what you reserved, so if you don't like it, leave.” If they had just brought the heater I would have let it go, but don’t run a business like that. Also, there was a mountain of trash under the bed in room 202—if you read this, clean it up. I used to visit Egg often, so writing this review is not pleasant for me either. I hope things change after this.
It was very cold while I was sleeping.
I stayed here during a business trip and it served me well.
It's old but fairly clean.
I'm satisfied except for the elevator!
The parking was okay and it was nice and quiet.
I've been using it; it's good.
