On holidays and consecutive weekend nights, day use is available upon additional payment at the counter.

All visiting guests are requested to present identification. Please understand that under Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act, use may be restricted if identification verification is refused.

## This is an adults-only facility. Unauthorized entry by anyone other than the reserved adults is not permitted. No additional guests are allowed beyond the standard 1-2 adults. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for admission rejections due to minor or mixed-gender non-family group reservations.

This affiliated property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine may be imposed under Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and additional costs related to odor removal may be charged.

Compensation may be requested for damage to facilities. The use of tape and fire hazards such as gunpowder within the facilities is not allowed, and compensation for damage and fire after use may be charged.

The facilities cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation, and any activities violating other laws are strictly prohibited. If excessive noise occurs due to alcohol consumption or other activities, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and refunds will not be processed.

The displayed room photos are representative photos for each room type, so the actual assigned room's direction and configuration may differ. Please note that this does not constitute a reason for a refund.

Please note that for consecutive nights on weekends and holidays, an additional 30,000 KRW per night will be charged.

Under Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money, other valuables, and valuables in vehicles should, in principle, be stored at the front desk. The affiliated property is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

A fee may be charged for lost keys.

OTT services such as Netflix can be used with your own account.

In case of double booking due to simultaneous offline and online operations, the reservation may be canceled.

Room information may change frequently due to affiliate circumstances, and we are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

Day use can only be booked on the same day.

Reservations/use are only available under the guest's own name.
