If the hotel parking lot is full, neither paid nor free parking will be available.

For guests using the parking lot for paid parking rooms, an additional fee (10,000 KRW per vehicle) will be charged on-site, so please confirm when booking. (5,000 KRW for Day Use)

Inconveniences with parking lot entrance

The entrance is very narrow due to construction fences and equipment from printing companies. We are working to improve this. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Guests who require parking should contact us in advance at 02-2285-5401.

If your vehicle does not meet the above mechanical parking specifications, parking within the hotel is not possible. Please make sure to check.

SUV vehicle restrictions (Sorento class and above cannot be parked.)

Sedan vehicle restrictions (Grandeur class and above cannot be parked.)

(Sports cars, ultra-luxury sedans, large sedans, large SUVs, jeeps, tuned cars cannot be parked.)

All rooms are based on 2 people / maximum 2 people.

If additional guests enter without prior arrangement with the front desk,

guests will be asked to vacate immediately, including the original number of guests, without a refund.

Co-ed stays for adults (3 or more people) will be denied entry, and cancellations or refunds for this will not be possible.

Guests who wish to have their room serviced during a multi-night stay can request it at the front desk between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Please understand that cleaning is difficult outside of these hours.

No pets allowed.

If discovered, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund, and all cleaning and disinfection costs will be charged.
