Our hotel is a small business hotel with 30 rooms of 5 types in total. Our hotel's management philosophy is to provide convenience and a more familiar accommodation for our guests. We actively gather customer feedback quarterly to continuously improve the quality of our accommodation facilities and operate with a system that provides the best service. ▶Information on COVID-19 Preparedness Our hotel prohibits the reuse of linen and is strictly managed with one-time use and one-time replacement. Hand sanitizer is available at the 1F front desk, so please use it when checking in. Our hotel's linen is provided through verified third-party laundry services, so you can use it with peace of mind.

▶ Parking and Advance Parking Information

Advance Parking: Advance parking is not allowed before check-in time.

Parking Policy: One parking space per room is the general rule (for exceptions, please inquire at the front desk).

Valet Parking: After leaving your car key in the vehicle, please inform the front desk, and our staff will valet your car.

▶ Hotel Policy Information

Offline Cancellation and Refund: 100% refund 3 days prior, 70% 2 days prior, 50% 1 day prior, no cancellation or refund on the day of.

Minors of Mixed Gender: Minors of mixed gender are prohibited from staying. For families, a family relationship certificate, resident registration, and parental consent are required for a stay.

Adults of Mixed Gender: To prevent the risk of accidents, we do not allow mixed-gender adult stays. In unavoidable cases, an additional room matching the exceeding number of guests must be purchased.

Illegal Activities: Arbitrary alteration of interior structures, taking out items not provided as disposables, loss of in-room fixtures, possession or installation of fire hazards, disturbing the sleep of other guests, etc., are subject to hotel regulations.

Please note that if these regulations are not observed, penalties may be incurred.

ID: The hotel has the legal right to request ID to prevent mixed-gender stays by minors. If an ID request is refused, reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.
