It was good except for the air conditioner.
The room is very spacious and nice. It is not extremely close to the station but it is within walking distance, and communication with the front desk staff was good. On the first floor there was an amenity vending machine, paid ramen, ice, etc. I stayed comfortably for one night.
Clean hotel with great value for money, friendly.
I always use this when I have a business trip to Sinseol-dong. It is clean and instant noodles are available on the first floor. I will probably use it again.

The staff are really kind and the facilities are the best in this area.
The location is good and the room condition was nice, so I booked a short stay to wash up and rest. They gave us a two-bedroom so it was more comfortable. I was worried about cleanliness because I went with my child before booking, but it was really clean. The bed is especially nice—soft but not too soft; I usually dislike very soft beds because of my back, but this was just right. When you open the door and it feels hot, if you hit the AC turbo, it gets cold within 10 minutes. Hot water comes out well in less than 30 seconds. Thank you, we rested well.
Our first trip to Seoul with our child—thanks to the clean accommodation, comfortable bed, and friendly staff, we are leaving with lots of happy memories.
I often stay overnight for work and then have duties the next day. When I head toward Konkuk University/Seongsu, I try to stay at this pleasant place accessible by subway. The first time I came I thought, "Oh, there is a place like this here"—it was unexpected. Seeing familiar faces and friendly greetings made it feel even more comfortable. The place is kind and tidy, which lifts my mood. It's easy to get to by subway and, above all, it's not gloomy, which I like. When you open the room the bright sunlight comes in and there is a large TV, and that makes the hard day feel rewarded. I went there for work and rest but felt like a hotel staycation. A staycation need not be anything fancy—just a comfortable place to stay that welcomes you brightly. That's enough. I have severe rhinitis so I am less sensitive to smell but dust bothers me; having an air purifier was great. They are also great for ramen.
