To be honest, I had no expectations when I went, but it was better than I thought!! There was no smell, it was remodeled so it was clean, and the staff were kind, but if only two things were improved it would be much better. 1) I hope the quality of amenities like shampoo, body lotion, and the toothbrush in the special room improves. The toothbrush bristles fall out. 2) Second, the mattress is a bit firm and I wish it were softer. Also, the mattress is a bit hard; I wish it were even a little plusher.
