It feels quite different from the photos.
I like it.........
We stayed with one 6-month-old baby and four adults and it was really the worst. 1. Extra person charge is 25,000 KRW per person, and that includes infants. 2. A light went out; they fixed it but it went out again in the middle of the night. 3. The power went out in the middle of the night. 4. The boiler did not work; it was freezing. 5. When we said it was cold they told us to use the electric blanket. We used it but even on high it seemed to run only about 2 degrees. The next day they said the power must have gone out because we used the electric blanket... they told us to use it themselves.. what do they expect us to do? 6. We moved to the slightly smaller room next door; since it was late and we had a baby they told us to leave our luggage and said they would set up rooms 1 and 2 so we could use both, then told us to move. 7. The next day someone entered room 1 without taking the key and was cleaning. 8. There were two people cleaning; when I asked if they were managers they first said no, they were cleaners, then later said one was a cleaner and the other was a cleaner and manager. I got angry and confronted them and they asked why I was upset as if it was my fault. If something goes wrong you should apologize first, but they gave no apology. Are they joking with me? I never want to deal with this place again.
This was my first time visiting; it felt a bit small but seems clean! The value for money seems pretty good!
Cozy cozy
This is a budget-friendly accommodation right in front of Jinju Fortress. I stayed on a weekday, and at a low price, its location directly in front of Jinju Fortress made it great for enjoying the night view.
Because of a regional business trip I used several accommodations, and I was surprised that the room, bedding, and towels smelled of fabric softener; it smelled like a home where children are raised rather than a lodging. Some places sometimes reek of cigarette smoke, but as a non-smoker I liked this place very much!
The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people (including infants). If there are additional guests, please contact the front desk by phone to discuss and confirm check-in availability (additional charges apply).
For late check-out or early check-in, please inquire at the in-house kiosk.
Rooms are assigned via an unmanned machine at check-in. For room assignments via reservation, please book at least 30 minutes in advance. Due to the characteristics of each room, it may differ from the images shown.
If you wish to book a specific room from the images, please contact the front desk.
Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).
Extra bedding and amenities incur additional charges.
However, extra bedding for rooms on the 1st and 4th floors can be added after inquiring with the front desk on the day of check-in.
Pets are not allowed. If pets are brought in, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. Please note this.
One parking space per room is not guaranteed. Please note this when using the facility (total of 6 parking spaces available).
ID verification only recognizes resident registration cards and driver's licenses at the unmanned machine.
Other types of ID (mobile, passport, etc.) are not accepted.
Our Four Seasons Motel aims to be a clean and tidy self-check-in property. If you smoke, the fire alarm in each room may sound. To avoid fire department dispatch and disturbances, please smoke outside.
You can watch D'Live/Netflix on 50-inch TVs in all rooms, 55+50-inch TVs in family rooms, and 75+50-inch TVs in suite family rooms.
Air purifiers are installed in Standard A, Family, and Suite Family rooms to provide a comfortable environment.
Due to the narrow parking space both inside and outside, double parking is required.
For guests checking in late (after 9:00 PM), please contact us, and we will assist with parking.
