To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, we have a professional sanitation and disinfection company sanitize the entire property every month, and we also disinfect the guest rooms ourselves once a day.

For the convenience of our guests, hand sanitizer (Hygenic) and disinfectant spray are available in the elevators, at the front desk, and other areas; please feel free to use them.

Parking facilities are available at both the main and rear entrances.

Turn right at the hotel’s main entrance; the parking lot located between “About Coffee Shop” and “Harubang Milmyeon” is the “Donghae Hotel Back Entrance Parking Lot.”

After parking, please enter the hotel through the “Rear Entrance.”

If the on-site parking lot is full, you may use the “Jeju Comprehensive Stadium Free Parking Lot” (1025 Ora-il-dong, Jeju City) across from the hotel. Please contact the front desk for further details.

Right next to the hotel is the “About” coffee shop, and nearby are “CU” and “GS25” convenience stores.

A multi-purpose sports complex is located near the hotel, allowing you to go for a run, walk, or take a stroll, and use the exercise facilities.

Additionally, the intercity bus terminal is nearby, making it easy to travel to destinations such as the Olle Trail and the Dulle-gil Trail.

You can enjoy a variety of sights and dining options, including CGV, City Hall, the food alley, Daehak-ro Youth Street, Samseonghyeol, the Natural History Museum, and Noodle Street.

There are also many places to visit, eat, and enjoy within a short distance, such as Dongmun Traditional Market, the night market, and seafood restaurants by the ocean.

The elevator serves all floors.

Each room is equipped with various amenities, including private Wi-Fi, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a multi-port cell phone charger, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, a bathrobe, bottled water, and bathroom dispensers.

When booking a room, we will provide personal toiletries (toothbrushes, razors, etc.) upon request.

Water purifiers and microwaves are installed on each floor, and a communal washing machine (detergent included) is available on the first floor; please feel free to use them. Please contact the front desk with any other concerns.

Deluxe rooms are equipped with a computer, which you may use free of charge.

Air conditioners and TVs in all rooms have been newly replaced!! Rooms are disinfected twice a month by a professional disinfection service.

All rooms are based on double occupancy. If you wish to accommodate additional guests, please check the maximum occupancy (Deluxe Room: 4–5 people; Standard Room: 3 people) and pay the additional fee to stay.

However, the Standard Room is only available for 2 adults and 1 child.
