Excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. may result in compensation claims. Fire hazards such as tape for events, gunpowder, and fireworks are prohibited. Compensation for damage and fire caused by their use will be charged.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video filming, please inquire in advance.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money and other valuables, and valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The affiliate is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

Excessive noise caused by activities such as drinking or shouting may result in eviction, and refunds are not possible.

Damage to room items or theft may result in criminal charges depending on the circumstances.

OTT services like Netflix can be used for free with your own account.
