Chuncheon Metro

Good value for money. I recommend it.

I stayed at Metro Motel starting yesterday and experienced something really upsetting. I thought my reservation was for two consecutive nights, but suddenly the owner said that consecutive-night stays were not allowed due to motel rules. This was not communicated to me in advance, so I was very surprised. Also, there was no toothpaste in the room bathroom, and when I mentioned there were not enough towels, I was told the room had not been cleaned yet and was told to take towels from another room. Basic supplies and services were not properly provided, which was very inconvenient. As an accommodation business, I believe reservations and basic services should be provided responsibly. I was very disappointed by this experience, and I hope customer service and service quality are improved going forward.

I rested comfortably for a day.

It was cleaner than I expected, so I liked it. I will visit often.

There was no elevator, so I had to walk up to the fifth floor, which I can understand because the price is low. But as soon as I entered the room, it was filled with a strong cigarette smell that I could not stand. I ventilated the room and went out for three hours; when I came back a very small amount of the smell had gone and I could barely tolerate it. If you like the smell of cigarette smoke, the low price makes it great. But I will never go again. No matter how urgent or how little money I have, I would never go.

I had a good rest If the price doesn't change, I'll come again next time.
