The elevator was either stuck or turned off to save money, so it didn't work. I went after reading remodeling reviews, but it turned out to be from 2020 when I entered.... They blamed only me the whole time. It was dirty and smelled; the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed is a spring mattress and there is a musty smell even in the bathroom. Every shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottle had mold. I'm leaving this review so others won't suffer like I did to save a little money. The room layout is like an old, collapsing motel room you see in movies set in the countryside. It feels exactly like a room where laborers stay or rent monthly to sleep.

This room has paint smeared everywhere and feels like it could make you go crazy. It is cheap at 25,000 won, but if you like the smell of mold and cigarette smoke, this place might be fine for you. There is an elevator, but it is not approved for use so you cannot use it. The room is not soundproof. Do not turn on the air conditioner; there is a lot of mold. I would pay more and use another place. You will truly regret it.
Right in front of Gangneung Station. The location is ideal for travel or business trips. Good value for money.
The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke and the facilities were generally run-down. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk to the 4th and 5th floors. In the morning there was no soundproofing, and an alarm that sounded like a car departure warning kept going off. I do not recommend it except if you just need a place to sleep for one night.
It's exactly worth 30,000 won.

6th floor accommodation where the elevator failed inspection and is unusable.. Warm, yellowish bathroom lighting you would expect in a very old building. Low water pressure, windows covered with sheets instead of curtains, etc.. I regretted thinking it would be better than a guesthouse.
