I visited for a hotel stay with friends and everyone in our group was very satisfied. I was a bit worried about the location before visiting, but it was actually very quiet and pleasant, so it was great to stay. The interior was modern and tastefully decorated. The large TV and the StanbyMe in the bedroom were especially nice during our stay, and above all the bedding was so comfortable that I slept very well. My friends and I had a great, restful time!
The room is clean and nice. The PC is in good condition too. However, the soundproofing is poor. I stayed on the fourth floor and there seemed to be a party room above, so there was loud pounding until about 12:30 AM, which was unpleasant. I went to the convenience store a little after 10 PM, and the front entrance was locked. I called, but the owner didn't seem to know and the response was inadequate. Eventually another guest let me in. The unmanned check-in is convenient, but it would be better if unexpected situations were handled more carefully. Also, there was no body wash—only two bottles of body lotion...? I ended up washing with soap. I do not plan to return.
Because it’s newly built, most of the facilities were clean and nice. The computer seemed new so it was really fast and good. I give 5 stars.

For Suwon, this place gets a thumbs-up... Other places have short day-use times and are so-so, but this place is the best. I go every week.
