I liked that I could see the ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling window!

Check-in December 31, 2025 / Check-out January 1, 2026 If it weren't for the child, we would have left immediately. The weather was cold and it was late, so we had no choice but to stay, but we were shocked by how below common standards everything was. 1. Base charge 100,000 won plus 20,000 won for one fourth-grade child. 2. From check-in they sent us to a different building that is apparently run together, not the one we reserved. 3. As soon as we opened the door, the condition was a mess: towels carelessly folded and left at the entrance in front of the bathroom. 4. The water in the fridge and the instant coffee were past their expiration dates. 5. The bathroom was dirty; the toilet inside and out looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. 6. There was very little toilet paper on the roll and no spare, so we used the box tissues in the room. 7. The floor was warm so I sat down and white dust stuck to my black pants. This is the first time I've seen a place like this in my life. They are completely unprepared to receive guests. The reason people use lodging apps is to know roughly what the place will be like and whether the price is reasonable before going, but this is outrageous. I have no idea what kind of person the owner is or how little they must think of guests to greet them in this condition. Is it acceptable to lure people in with neat room photos and then host guests in a place that is in such terrible condition? I sincerely hope they reflect on this and make improvements.
