I went expecting a detached annex but was very, very disappointed. The cleanliness is terrible. Especially the bathroom mold on the ceiling, the drain, the window... I later thought maybe they deliberately did not clean so guests would bathe in the hot spring. The sleeping arrangement is also too small for four people; it felt cramped.

Soundproofing (water noise, shower noise, etc.) is poor. They turned off the heating in the early morning so it was cold. Could not sleep. Paid an extra 20,000 won on site. There were a lot of hairs on the bedding.

There is a Korean spa (jjimjilbang) building right in front of the lodging, so it was convenient to use. The loft layout is clean and nice.

Checkout time is 11, but from 9 the vacuum cleaner noise and chairs thumping made it feel like they wanted us to hurry and leave. It is expensive and I am not even sure if it is real hot spring water. Not recommended.
