In accordance with Ministry of Environment guidelines, as of March 29, 2024, we are no longer permitted to provide complimentary single-use items in guest rooms.

Please purchase amenities from the vending machine next to the kiosk on the first floor before use.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are available via dispensers in your room.

Disposable amenities include: 2 toothbrushes, 2 tubes of toothpaste, a shower towel, a ladies’ set (cotton swabs, hair ties, makeup pads), 2 foaming cleansers, 2 toners, 2 lotions, a razor, and a disposable comb.

- Above-ground parking available for 70 or more vehicles (1 parking space per room)

- All rooms are based on double occupancy

- All rooms are non-smoking. (Smoking will result in immediate eviction without a refund.)

- Except for guests staying multiple nights, we will contact you daily at 11:30 AM to confirm check-out.

- Cancellations made through an app are subject to the app provider’s policies; please contact the app’s customer service center.

- Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays.

- As this is a Design Hotel, you may be assigned a room with a theme different from the one shown in the photos.

- Number of Guests: Rates apply based on 2 guests per room

- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Additional fees apply

- Same-sex Co-Sleeping by Minors: Same-sex co-sleeping by minors is illegal and not permitted. If the guests are family members, proof of legal kinship or direct telephone consent from a parent is strictly required.

- If guests check in as a same-sex couple but later share a room with a member of the opposite sex, they will be immediately asked to check out without a refund and will be subject to criminal prosecution.

- Rules for Use of Facilities: Please be aware that damaging or removing furniture, appliances, or any other facilities may result in legal liability and penalties.

- The use of open flames and events (including balloons, scented candles, and cooking utensils) is prohibited in guest rooms.

- All room amenities, except for disposable items, are the property of Hotel Fognan. If items such as chargers or towels are found to have been stolen, you will be liable for compensation for damages.

-All payments must be made in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so by paying the additional room or lodging fees; please inquire and make your payment at the kiosk on the first floor.

-Pets, minors, and mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted to share a room.

- Lost items are kept at the hotel front desk. When a guest visits (or calls), we verify their stay status and describe the lost item; if the details match, we return the item.

- Food items are discarded the same day and are not stored beyond that day.

- We are not liable for the loss or damage of valuables such as jewelry if they are not stored at the front desk (Commercial Act, Article 153).

- Please note that lost items will be discarded 15 days after being found unless we receive a separate request.
