It was clean and reasonably nice.
Conveniently located, quiet, and pleasant.

I used it on a weekday, and the bedding, bathroom, and so on were all fine. One inconvenience was that there is a raised wooden floor between the bed and the living room, so using the space and moving around is awkward. Right behind is a pork stir-fry restaurant (Suyoung Sikdang) that does not look like a typical place, but it is tasty.
I'll use it again next time.

The accommodation itself was very clean, which I liked. The TV was big so it was great to watch. The air conditioner was strong, so I slept cool and comfortably!

If smoking is detected in the room, a cleaning and deodorization fee of 100,000 won may be charged for violating the no-smoking policy.
Fire hazards such as candles, lighters, and similar items are prohibited in the room.
Attaching items such as balloons, tape, or stickers to the wallpaper or ceiling is prohibited.
You may be charged for damages, loss, or soiling of room furnishings and hotel property (towels, bedding, facilities, etc.).
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not left at the front desk or items left in your vehicle.
When you go out, please leave your room key card at the front desk for safe keeping.
