Even for rooms with a maximum capacity of 3 people, mixed-gender parties are strictly not allowed (no refund for reservations).

In the case of families, only minor children are allowed to stay in mixed-gender rooms. (Family relation certificates or additional documents may be requested.)

No pets allowed (forced eviction and no refund upon entry).

Please refrain from excessive noise late at night, as it may result in eviction.
