Guests agree to take responsibility for any issues arising from mixed-gender stays.

For more than one vehicle per room, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per vehicle will be charged, and additional vehicles may not be able to park depending on parking availability.

For pedestrian-only (no vehicle) products, an additional fee will be incurred for parking.

For multi-night stays, an additional 20,000 KRW on weekdays will be charged, as well as Day Use fees on weekends and holidays for KINTEX and Goyang Sports Complex events.

For lost items in the room, if you directly visit and arrange for parcel delivery, we will assist with immediate shipping.

We are not responsible for valuables not entrusted to the front desk. Lost items found in the room will be disposed of without separate notice after one month, according to hotel regulations (※ Food items are an exception and will be disposed of immediately).

Personal pigmented bath additives (bath bombs, bath salts, oils, bubble bath, etc.) are restricted in bathtubs.

Please understand that some products may cause discoloration of the bathtub or clog the drainage pipes.

When using the bathtub, please only use the amenities provided in the room.

- Pet companions are allowed in Premium rooms and above.

- Pet weight class classification standard

- Small dog: under 12kg, 40,000 KRW

- Medium dog: 13kg ~ under 25kg, 60,000 KRW

- Entry prohibited for legally designated dangerous breeds and other aggressive dog breeds.

- Due to the nature of the hotel, breeds that shed a lot of hair may not be able to stay.

- Shiba Inu, Corgi, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Japanese Spitz

- Golden Retriever, Akita, etc.

- Pets cannot be left alone in the room without an owner.

- When moving in public areas, a fixed 1.5m leash must be worn in accordance with the Animal Protection Act.

- When using common facilities, please use a stroller or bag, or 必ず hold your pet while moving.

- One medium or small dog is allowed per stay, and an additional fee of 40,000 KRW to 60,000 KRW will be charged once per day.
