Basic Regulations: Ski and snowboard equipment are prohibited in rooms for guest safety.

Parking Information: During off-peak weekdays, free valet service is available upon request. However, during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, free valet parking is not available.

Pet Companion Information

Pets are not allowed.

If you bring a pet, your reservation will be canceled immediately even before use, and 50% of the usage fee will be refunded before check-in.

If you bring a pet without disclosure, no refund will be issued, and you must check out immediately.

Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms like party rooms, you need to confirm the number of guests directly. However, Royal Suite: Standard occupancy 4 people / Maximum occupancy 6 people (additional person fee: 10,000 KRW per person, payable on-site) Room assignments are determined on the day of check-in. Minors must confirm with the affiliated establishment directly before proceeding with a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to minors reserving mixed-gender rooms. If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances at the affiliated establishment, a 100% refund will be processed. Room information may change frequently due to circumstances at the affiliated establishment. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this.
