It was really terrible. This was not a problem with the facilities but with the staff. I was out with friends and arrived to check in around 1–2 AM, and the male owner? was there. I told him I had come to check in and gave my name, and he said he had sold my room to someone else. No one told me anything and there was no refund or any action taken. So I asked why he sold the room I had paid for to someone else without telling me, and he said because I arrived late it was a no-show and all no-show rooms are sold; that this was normal and that I was the abnormal one. LOL. When I said he hadn’t refunded me or contacted me first, he just cursed Yanolja and said Yanolja takes all the refunds and won’t give out customers’ numbers, repeating that selling a room to someone else without notice was a normal rule. After arguing, when I kept complaining, he finally, annoyed, said he would clean a room now and to wait 30 minutes. Only after cleaning another room was I barely allowed in. I paid money and was told I was the abnormal one; I don’t understand why I was treated like that. I had a fun time with my friends but the stay at the end ruined my mood.

Clean and nice. However, there was a hair on the bedding, which made me feel like it had not been replaced.
