The room was clean and the bathroom is separate, which is nice, but the towels are a bit worn.
Friendly, clean, and good value for money.
After checking in I went to the bathroom right away and the hygiene was so bad that I asked to be moved to another room, and the room I was moved to also had many problems so I just checked out after an hour or two. Of course the price is cheap and you can expect some issues with use, but this exceeded what I can accept. There was too much hair and the room smelled very strongly, like urine. The bathroom walls were covered in mold and the gaps around the toilet were really dirty, but it was so disgusting I couldn't bring myself to take photos. I did appreciate the convenient parking, the friendly front desk staff, and that amenities like contact lens cases and toothpaste were available in the hallway.
As expected, Mono Hotel is reliable. From cleanliness to location, if you stay in Suwon this is the best place@

A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances at the partner facility.

2. For special-rate room packages, a 20,000 won surcharge applies for consecutive nights (2 nights). (Car Special, Walk-in Special)
(No additional fees apply for consecutive nights in standard rooms, excluding special-rate packages.)
3. Only one vehicle per room is permitted. (Excludes the Walking Special.)
4. Guests arriving by car should arrive with their vehicle at the same time as their check-in time! (Check-in time = Vehicle entry time)
