The Main Building, Annex A, and Annex B are within a 1-minute walk of each other.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and advance reservations are not possible.

Room refunds are not available due to a full parking lot.

If items such as the building, furniture, or fixtures are damaged or contaminated, you must compensate for the equivalent amount.

If you disturb other guests with excessive entertainment and drinking, such as loud noise, violence, or inter-floor noise in the room, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be possible.

Portable gas stoves and all types of open flames are prohibited.

For weekend multi-night stays, there is a weekend Day Use fee.
