Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from photos.
Some rooms can accommodate 4 people; advance inquiry is required when booking.
All rooms are based on double occupancy; an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person applies for extra guests.
Some rooms have bathtubs; advance inquiry is required when booking.
Failure to check in by 2:00 AM will result in a no-show processing.
Exceeding check-out time will automatically incur additional charges.
Minors are not allowed to use the property without an accompanying guardian.
When a minor uses the accommodation, ID verification may be requested, and failure to provide it may result in denied entry, and cancellation or refund will not be possible.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking; smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area on the 1st floor.
Smoking in the room will result in a fine of 100,000 KRW and immediate eviction.
In case of loss or damage to facilities, furniture, bedding, or amenities in the room, criminal charges and compensation costs will be incurred.
Please refrain from excessive noise during night hours, as it may result in eviction.
One car per room is free.
For additional cars, an extra parking fee of 20,000 KRW per night applies.
Please leave your car key at the front desk when parking.
Vehicle relocation may occur during parking lot congestion.
If the internal parking lot is full or depending on the vehicle type, you will be directed to an affiliated external tower parking lot.
An additional parking fee will be charged at the parking lot for vehicles exiting after 12:00 PM.
If you park after booking a Walk-In Special, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per night applies.

The property is quite old, but the bathroom and bathtub are spacious.
There was sand everywhere — on the bed, the floor, and in the bathroom, and there was a used tissue near the bed... They should pay more attention to cleaning.
Service and cleanliness are excellent.

Gwangalli Beach is extremely close to the location, so if you step outside you're right there. The staff were friendly, the accommodation was clean and nice! The bathtub was very large so I had a fun time there haha
