The front desk staff were downright unfriendly. There were water stains in many corners of the bathroom and rust around the main sink drain exceeding about 30%. On the balcony floor, maybe not cleaned, there were three clumps of hair near the table. There are other lodging businesses in this building, and if the layout is the same, I would never recommend STX.
I had a good stay.
Everything was good except for the elevator.
Spacious Clean Staff were friendly
Close to the subway station, which is great, and the room is clean. But because the building is high-rise and there are only a few elevators, going out and coming back in is a battle. At checkout time the elevators are really hard to get; it felt like it took about 30 minutes to get down.
Weak water pressure, uncomfortable chair, the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Cleaning was not done properly. Elevators are, for real, inconvenient.
Elevators are really inconvenient. Water pressure is not good. Bed is bad.
In the Suite Bunker room, the loft bed squeaks a lot whenever a child under 20 kg moves. It made me uneasy. Even though there are five elevators including service ones, it was not easy to get on an elevator. Allow extra time to feel relaxed. Otherwise, the subway and bus stops are nearby, there are lots of places to eat around, and Haeundae is close, so we were satisfied.
There was one bedroom and one living room, so it was great to go with my family. Haeundae Station is right in front, and I was satisfied with everything except that the elevator was often crowded.
The location and convenience are both great.
