1. Hygiene is terrible, it smells 2. The bedding seems reused 3. Rip-off business, charges more than other places 4. Checked in at 3 AM but there was no consideration 5. It seems they do not wipe the floors; guests must wipe with wet wipes themselves, pinch their nose, and sleep

It's close to the station and I rested comfortably.
This is the place I stay when I go to Ansan occasionally. The value for money is excellent, and the bed has an electric heating pad and there is a radiator, so you can stay warm even in winter! Because the value is so good, don't expect hotel-level cleanliness, but I recommend it if you want a comfortable stay!
The OTT doesn't work well every time I come, so I have to tell the staff..

Parking Information
Please use the underground parking lot at Ansan Fashion 1st Street. (Drive straight for 100 meters along the one-way road behind the commercial building, then turn right at the corner where you see “Sinuiju Glutinous Rice Sundae Soup.”) Parking available for large RVs, SUVs (3,000 cc or larger), and 1-metric-ton trucks. One parking coupon provided per stay(One vehicle per room) Please inquire at the front desk regarding mid-stay settlement of parking fees.
All rooms are disinfected monthly.

Number of Guests: Rates based on 2 guests per room / Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
Online Cancellation and Refunds: As these are subject to the channel provider’s policies, please contact their customer service center.
Offline Cancellation and Refunds: 100% refund if canceled 3 days in advance; 70% if canceled 2 days in advance; 50% if canceled 1 day in advance; no cancellations or refunds on the day of arrival.
Opposite-Sex Minors Staying Together: It is illegal for minors of the opposite sex to stay together; they are not permitted to stay. In the case of families, guests must present a family relationship certificate, a certified copy of the family register, and a parental consent form to check in.
Illegal Activities: Unauthorized alterations to interior structures, removal of non-disposable amenities from the premises, loss, damage, or destruction of room furnishings, possession or use of open flames, and any actions that disturb the sleep of other guests are strictly prohibited under hotel regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, so please be mindful of these guidelines.
There is no elevator on the central corridor side of Pyeson 1-ga. Please go to the entrance on the outer side of the building, next to Baekda Café, where you will find an elevator. Please head that way.
When using the parking lot, please park in the underground parking garage, go up to the entrance of Building 1, and use the elevator.
