The moment we opened the door and stepped into the living room, everyone in our group spontaneously shouted "Wow...".
The ocean view of Haeundae stretching endlessly through the floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides was truly spectacular, and the distant sight of Oryukdo and Gwangandaegyo Bridge was great to admire. In particular, the night view of Gwangandaegyo felt more truly enjoyable than any other place we had seen before.
There is one very spacious living room and a total of three bedrooms, and the bedding and room conditions in all of them were excellent. Personally, it felt as comfortable as a high-end hotel.
As a residence-style accommodation, there was a washing machine plus a large washer and dryer, which made handling laundry very convenient. The foreign-brand refrigerator worked superbly and was stocked with ice so it was ready to use immediately—I felt like installing the same model at home ^^. Also, various utensils like spoons, forks, and scissors were provided, so next time we can make full use of the kitchen during our stay. The bathroom with an ocean view had an automatic toilet lid that opened when you approached, which the kids found fascinating~
The location is right in front of Haeundae Beach, so it was easy to get to nearby restaurants and the beach, and we were able to enjoy Haeundae to the fullest.
Even without going far, the separate shopping arcade has a large supermarket (GS Fresh), convenience stores, and coffee shops, so it was easy to buy necessary services and daily items. I especially liked that the supermarket prices were reasonable and inexpensive.
However, you must follow the parking instructions provided to find the lot properly and avoid wasted trips.
I would actively recommend staying here to friends and acquaintances visiting Haeundae.
