The accommodation was clean and nice. Disposable toiletries are not provided, so you should buy or bring a toothbrush and toothpaste. The parking is underground and uses a mechanical system. The ramp down is a bit narrow, so please drive down carefully.

When visiting by car, please use the Story Hotel's exclusive parking lot on B1.

Only 1 car per room is allowed. If the number of cars exceeds this, an additional 30,000 KRW (Day Use) or 50,000 KRW (Overnight Stay) will be charged per additional car.

Since it is a mechanical parking lot with vehicle entry restrictions, please contact us in advance if you have a large vehicle or SUV, and we will guide you on parking.

Pets, electric kickboards, bicycles, etc., are restricted from entering the guest rooms.

Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy or entering without permission will be asked to vacate immediately.

Minors are not allowed to stay. Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more adults are not allowed.

For Day Use, only up to 2 people are allowed in all rooms.
