The staff are friendly and it is clean The soundproofing is good and I would visit again.

As soon as I entered the room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and a stale, heavy odor. Because of the smell I could not keep the windows closed, but when I opened them the traffic noise was so loud I could not rest comfortably. The room cleanliness was also poor. When I lifted the comforter there was hair, and dust had accumulated on the floor and in the storage units. The floor was sticky so I had to wear slippers, but the slippers were not disposable and felt unhygienic. Also, the mattress was so hard that it was difficult to sleep. The whole room felt humid and damp, making it hard to stay comfortably. I do think it was partly my fault for not checking the room condition sooner and for not requesting a room change earlier. However, I booked based on reviews in the booking app and expected the room to meet basic cleanliness standards. I asked to change rooms because of the bed cleanliness, but it was disappointing that the staff appeared to place all the responsibility on me simply because a lot of time had passed since check-in. Since room cleanliness is a basic service the hotel should provide, it would have been more acceptable if they had checked the room condition themselves or taken appropriate action instead of blaming the guest.
