27 pyeong - Based on 4 guests (maximum 5 guests; an additional fee of 10,000 won per night applies for exceeding the standard occupancy; if unreported additional guests are discovered after check-in, double the additional occupancy fee will be charged.)
The maximum occupancy rule includes infants and children; additional occupancy fees apply only to elementary school students and older.
Bedding is set up for 4 people. (Additional bedding fee: 10,000 won)
Check-out at 11:00 AM, check-in at 3:00 PM (Early check-in and late check-out are paid services; a fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.)

The children’s pool is open from mid-July to mid-August, primarily during elementary school summer vacation; however, operating hours are subject to change depending on condo conditions, such as the summer monsoon season or typhoons.

The staff were also friendly. Thanks to them, I had a great vacation and am leaving. Excellent value for money. I wish the pool had opened a bit earlier; it's a shame.

It was comfortable and spacious. Even though we checked in late, they kindly guided us and took good care of us.
It's old, but at this price it's hard to find even a studio pension. However, it had two rooms and was spacious, which I liked. There is a reason it is popular for month-long stays!
