Cheonan Hotel Check-in

The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people. An additional fee will be charged for 3 or more people (10,000 KRW per person / 20,000 KRW per person for mixed-gender additions).

Floor futons are not provided. (No extra futons available)

An additional fee may be automatically charged if the check-out time is exceeded.

Some room types may require stairs. If you have difficulty using stairs, please inquire. We will assist you with booking a 1st-floor room.

Our hotel uses external parking. Please be sure to check the parking information!

Some PC games may not be installed. Guests cannot install games themselves, so if you plan to play rare or newly released games, please inquire with the accommodation in advance.

All rooms are equipped with premium hotel-grade king-size mattresses, twin rooms available

All rooms have smart TVs installed (85-inch, 65-inch, or 55-inch depending on room type)

Day use guests and Standard/Deluxe room guests can purchase a parking ticket for 3,000 KRW at the front desk. (20 hours of use, self-payment for exceeding time)

Premium/Business/Twin room guests can use CGV parking for free. (20 hours of use, self-payment for exceeding time)

Regardless of room type, only 1 car per room can park.

Please note that the registered parking ticket will be consumed upon exiting, even if you don't use all 20 hours.

The parking lot is closed from 2 AM to 6 AM, making entry and exit impossible. If you need to enter or exit during these hours due to unavoidable circumstances, please inquire in advance.

Disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee (2,000 KRW). Please use the vending machine or inquire at the front desk for purchase.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.
