I made a same-day reservation and visited; it was an older place but still well maintained, didn't smell much, and was fine. There is no elevator, so people with a lot of luggage should be careful.
It was good. I slept well.
The accommodation seemed old, but it did not have the musty smell typical of motels and was nice. The landlady was friendly.
It had everything needed. Although the building is old, it was well maintained and clean. Plenty of hot water and strong water pressure.
The owner was friendly, and the place is quiet since it is in a secluded area, but it is hard to get there without a car. It is tidy.
The facilities are outdated, and the price of 50,000 won felt a bit expensive.
Please note that the standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people, and additional fees will be charged on-site for any extra guests.
