I booked through Yanolja and arrived just before midnight, only to be told the room I reserved was gone. They said they'd give me a better room if I paid extra... I asked, "Is there such a rule?" and they replied, "Then go somewhere else..." When I got upset they said to stay at that price. I used the room even though I felt bad. The only "better" thing was that the room was larger; nothing else. I only slept and left in the morning—what good is a larger room for that? If that person is the owner, they have zero service mindset; if they are a staff member, they should be fired.
